A cookie for every mood

Whether you are a baking guru or just a beginner, these simple four-ingredient cookies are easy to make and delicious. All you need is 1 cup of Nutella, 1 egg, 1 cup of flour and one-half cup of sugar. Keep in mind if you want to have some Nutella left over, 1 cup is almost an entire standard-size jar, so you won’t have much left.

Simply mix together the dry ingredients, then the egg and finally the Nutella. If you don’t have an electric mixer, a fork works fine. The cookies won’t look as smooth as they would when using a mixer, but they will taste just the same. 

Next, form the mix into balls, place on a cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a floured glass cup. That step is very important, or the cookies will not bake correctly.
