Mix Dry Cleaners, a local service that has been a part of the Brookings community for 32 years, does more than just dry cleaning. The shop offers full service dry cleaning, alterations, pressing and more.

Customers from all ages use the Mix Dry Cleaners services, whether it be from college age or retired.

Kathy Theodosopoulos, a co-owner of the shop with her husband, believes that there is something for everyone at Mix Dry Cleaners.

The shop is set apart from the rest because of the quality seen in its work, according to Theodosopoulos. “We’ve been doing this for a long time so we have a lot of experience and we make sure to pay attention to our customers.”

Theodosopoulos makes sure that extra care and detail are put into each piece of clothing brought into the shop.

The Mix Dry Cleaners also cares for wedding dresses as well. Dresses can be cleaned, pressed and can also be preserved by the shop.

Students are able to receive 10 percent off their purchase when they present a student I.D.
