Don Marshall, Interim Dean of Agriculture and Biological Sciences, welcomes the incoming freshmen class of 2021 in Frost Arena Aug. 19. The Convocation is the official welcome to South Dakota State from the President and Deans. Freshmen are given coins that they drop into a cowbell and will get back once they graduate from SDSU.
