SIOUX FALLS — Postseason awards were announced at the Summit League Basketball Championships’ tip-off press conference Thursday afternoon, with six South Dakota State athletes and one coach earning individual league honors.

Below is a summary of the individual Jackrabbits recognized by a vote of league head coaches, athletic communications directors and select media members.

Douglas Wilson

• Summit League Player of the Year
• Summit League Newcomer of the Year
• First Team All-Summit League
• Summit League All-Newcomer Team

*Note: The junior forward’s Player of the Year honor was SDSU’s fourth in a row, following Mike Daum’s run of three consecutive from 2017-19.
