Iraq or North Korea: Who should we go to war with?

In recent weeks, the situation in both Iraq and in North Korea has become worrisome. In all likelihood, the United States and at least a few allies will be at war with Iraq very soon, but a war with North Korea is not likely.
Why is this the case, when North Korea has been taking actions of late that seem to be designed to provoke American anger and Saddam Hussein has been doing nothing different than he has done for a decade?
