Well, I’ll be…..the current crop of collegians and the “Collegian” have discovered that there is, dare I say it, SEX! going on at SDSU? And here I thought we discovered sex back in the mid-60’s! C’mon kids, did you think your folks found you “under a cabbage leaf?” Hey, way back in the mid-60’s, we had the infamous, or famous depending on how you looked at it, Hort Gardens right in the middle of the campus. Boy, did building the rotunda ever put a cramp in some folks style when the Hort Gardens went away! Anyway, it’s just kind of amazing how one of the oldest and most essential processes in life seems to be an amazing, new “discovery” when you’re 18 – 21 years old and on your own for the first time. It’s learning how to cope with the possibilities and resposibilities that require maturity and yes, common sense.
