The SDU women’s golf team placed sixth out of thirteen teams this weekend at the Mustang Inivational at Southwest Minnesota State.

The Jackrabbitts carded a two-day 36 hole total of 685, finishing 44 strokes behind leader Nebraska-Omaha.

Kelly Evans placed 11th individually with an overall score of 166, and sophomore Lindsey Brown was one stroke behind to tie for 12th place.

Other scores for the women’s golf team included: senior Arin Adamson in 37th with a 175; sophomore Kelli Endahl tied for 42nd wityh 178; senior Jill Murra tied for 60th with 187.

The Lady Jacks will compete tomorrow at the Augustana Invitational at Prairie Green in Sioux Falls.

Scores for the men’s golf team at the UND Invitational were not available at press time.

They will compete next weekend at the Northwest Region Head-to-Head in Hastings, Neb.
