Four seniors to hold exhibit in April

South Dakota State University students Kayla Collins, Gabrielle Erdmann, Haley Hansen and Ben Jackson will display their senior exhibit April 2-6 at the Ritz Gallery in Grove Hall.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. The Ritz Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The students are majoring in graphic design.

The exhibit, titled “Sincerely Yours,” includes paintings, prints, computer-generated art, interactive designs, motion graphics, graphics for newsletters, posters, typography, logo designs, web designs, illustrations, product and packaging designs, photography, sculptures, magazine and publication designs and brand identity works.

The daughter of Mitch and Mary Jo Collins of Montevideo, Minnesota, Collins is a 2014 graduate of Montevideo Senior High School.

Erdmann, the daughter of Robert and Martha Erdmann of Waubay, is a 2014 graduate of Waubay High School.

The daughter of Greg and Betsy Hansen of Dell Rapids, Hansen is a 2014 graduate of Dell Rapids St. Mary Catholic High School.

Jackson, the son of Dave and Gwen Jackson of Brandon, is a 2014 graduate of Brandon Valley High School.

A public reception will be held April 6 from 5-7 p.m. in the Ritz Gallery.
