It will be the Duquesne Dukes who will travel to Brookings to take on the fifth-seed South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
Duquesne (9-3) defeated the Towson Tigers (7-5) 31-10, on the strength of scoring all of their points unanswered.
The Dukes were led by A.J. Hines, who had 28 carries for 175 yards and a touchdown. Hines also had 71 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Quarterback Daniel Parr connected on 6 passes off of 19 attempts for 144 yards and a touchdown.
Last year, the Jackrabbits defeated the Dukes 51-13 in August at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.
