Pohlmeyer falls at NCAAs

PITTSBURGH – Henry Pohlmeyer fell twice at the NCAA Championships, marking the end of his junior year.

Pohlmeyer fell to Joshua Heil in the first round by pinfall and was then put into the consolation bracket.

In the consolation bracket, Pohlmeyer was pitted against Tejon Anthony of George Mason.

Anthony defeated Pohlmeyer 3-1, which ended his season. Pohlmeyer ended his season 21-15 and was the lone Jackrabbit to qualify for the NCAA Championships. As a team, the Jackrabbits ended the season 3-10.
