Letter to the Editor: Godfather’s says good-bye


As the former manager of Godfather’s Pizza, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their years of patronage. I too was sad to see Godfather’s close, especially so suddenly. I have worked nine years for Godfather’s and I can attest to the fact that financially, Godfather’s was doing great business, but the building needs many updates and repairs. Steve Clark, the owner, felt that the cost of the repairs could not be recouped before he retired, so Kip Pharis offered Steve a deal that couldn’t be passed up. Again, thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the years with your business. We appreciate it.
