Once USD shows that they can get through its transition successfully, there should be no problem with SDSU and USD playing each other again.

With the Jacks playing ranked opponents nearly every week and hosting back-to-back top-5 nationally ranked teams, a team like USD is not that appealing, as far as it being a competitive game, considering they have never defeated a Division I team.

If USD can make progress and prove to be a solid FCS team, there should be no problem with scheduling a game with them up in Brookings sometime in the next 10 years.
